Although this presentation will be of value primarily to those who work for charitable organizations, professional advisors will also benefit from it – to the extent they either assist charities with their planned giving efforts or counsel clients regarding their philanthropy. It will begin with a brief overview of what planned giving is. It will then help attendees assess the extent of past and current planned giving activity, as well as the potential for such activity going forward. Throughout the presentation, practical suggestions will be offered on whether, as well as how, to go about getting to the proverbial next level.
